
Work, bike issues, and slight strain from swimming made training early in the week difficult. Made it up on the back end with 41 miles of running (two 14 mile plus runs in there) and 109 miles of cycling in the past few days.
Got back in the pool too. Feeling good physically after two big days in a row including two brick training days on either side of the long run. A bit risky, but lots of sleep, consistent weight training, heavy bike climbing, and stretching/rolling seemed to pay off. 3 weeks to go before IRONMAN 70.3 St. George Utah
