Client meetings all day so had to hit the pavement early at 5am for my 2 mile warm-up followed by 8 hill repeats for a total of 7.5 miles. I get a little stupid on hill repeat days so I line up a row of rocks and push one off when I get to the top of the hill. The “Hair Guitar” playlist from RockMyRun was a helpful infusion of adrenaline.
