In The Zone For CVC Half

23 days before race day and I basically did a half Ironman today. Nice to be ahead of schedule and in a strong and comfortable place. Today was a 1 mile swim, 65 mile bike, and a 9 mile run along the coast. The run, in particular, is improving and feeling stronger. According to the gps apps I burned 4500 calories. Can’t wait to eat.
