It was over 100 degrees today so I decided to get my swim in while the big, hot, fireball in the sky went to sleep. There is always something calming about a night time swim. Usually, there is nobody at the pool and a warm evening makes it even more relaxing.
Both of my 1000 yard intervals timed out at about 24 minutes.

Again, the cut-off time for the swim in Austin is 1 hour and 10 minutes. This pace should bring me in well under the cut-off time. I have been hitting 24 minutes in the 1,000 intervals for the past two weeks consistently.
Time to take it out into the open water and find out what reality is in the wetsuit.
